Shipping policy

Shipping Mainland UK
We ship all of our orders on a weekly basis, on Wednesday with DHL 24hr delivery. Deliveries will be delayed by 7 days if live plant stock cannot be sourced. We will notify you by email if this happens. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for shipping and a tracking number.

Click & Collect

We offer click and collect online, to pick up in store within our opening hours from our Abbeydale Rd Emporium. You will receive a confirmation email for your order, then a ready to collect email or text will follow (whichever form of contact you opted for) Please do not come to the shop without having received your ready to collect confirmation. Order before 4pm Friday for collection Saturday, if orders are made after this time, you can collect from the following Thursday. We kindly ask if you make an order, please try and collect it within the same week.

Local Delivery
We offer local delivery upto a 3 mile radius from S7 1FS, minimum spend applies. Deliveries are Thursday - Saturday 6-7pm. If you order before 4pm on Friday we aim to deliver by Saturday if you miss this cut off, we will delivery the following Thursday.

Shipping International
We are currently not able to offer worldwide shipping.

Returns
All returns must be made within a 14 day period after you receive the goods. We won't offer a refund for the postage cost. For more details on what constitutes as an eligible return, please see our Terms & Conditions
