Terms and Conditions
We currently ship orders containing plants and pots weekly on Tuesdays on a 24hr delivery service with DHL. All other items, including prints, records and toys, are shipped with Hermes' 48hr delivery service. We like to guarantee this but sometimes delays can happen.
We will always try to deliver you a healthy plant. If, for some reason, your plant arrives and there is an issue, please contact us so we can rectify this immediately. We need pictures of the plant or item. It is your responsibility to look after the plant after you receive it; we can not be responsible for lack of care and neglect.
We will, however, accept returns and exchanges on any item that is faulty or isn't fit for your desired purpose within 14 days of delivery.
We legally allow you to cancel your order within 14 days.
Custom-made items can take up to 14 days to make and post out and are non-refundable.
